Admission Process 2025-26 – Bukhara State Medical Institute

Step 1: Submit Your Documents
International students can apply for any available faculty and study program. Detailed information about faculties and programs is available on the website.
Students can apply online by filling out the application form on the website or by sending the required documents via email or fax.
Required Documents:
Copy of International Passport or ID Card (valid for at least 2 years)
Filled Application Form
Copy of High School Certificate (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
Copy of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (for Master’s degree applicants)
Step 2: Receive Admission Confirmation Letter
Once the application is reviewed and accepted, students will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter via email within one working day. The university will also issue an invoice for the first-year tuition fee.
Step 3: Pay the Tuition Fee
To proceed with the Invitation Letter for Visa, students must submit:
Proof of Payment covering invitation letter processing fees, courier charges, and complete first-year tuition fee
Copy of International Passport
Copy of High School Certificate with marks
Payment Methods:
Students can make the payment via bank transfer or Western Union as per the details provided by the university.
Once the payment is received, the university will send:
Official Invitation Letter
Admission Confirmation Letter
Visa Support Letter
Step 4: Visa Process
After receiving the complete first-year tuition fee, the university will facilitate the Student Visa process.
For students from Asian countries like India and Pakistan:
Students must apply at the nearest Uzbekistan Embassy or Consulate with the following documents:
Valid Passport
Completed Visa Application Form
One colored passport-size photo (35mm x 45mm)
Valid Health Insurance
Proof of Financial Support
First-Year Tuition Fee Payment Proof
Original Invitation Letter from Bukhara State Medical Institute
Higher Secondary Certificate (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
For students from other countries:
Students may receive an Electronic Visa or Visa on Arrival within 10 working days after completing the payment.
Important: Do not travel to Uzbekistan on a visitor visa if you intend to study. Always enter with a student visa.
Step 5: Arrival in Uzbekistan
Once the visa process is complete, students must inform the university about their flight details at least 5 days before arrival.
Airport Pickup & Immigration Process:
A university representative will receive the student at Bukhara International Airport.
The Uzbekistan Migration Service will be informed about the student’s arrival in advance.
If a student does not inform the university about their arrival, they may face deportation back to their home country.
