• The Information Analysis Sector is responsible for processing resources on time to support data analysis in the educational process.
• It manages and monitors all activities within the HEMIS system.
• The sector issues and controls login credentials for accessing HEMIS.
• It oversees the entire educational process on the HEMIS platform, ensuring that all work aligns with training plans and the academic process schedule.
• It fills out registration forms and coordinates student enrollment on HEMIS, while also managing the system that confirms enrollment in training courses.
• The sector forms academic groups and streams based on student enrollment in disciplines on the HEMIS platform.
• It prepares a list of graduate students who qualify for preferential diplomas.
• Every semester, it compiles a list of talented students and presents it to the Institute’s management.
• Additionally, the sector manages and issues current transcripts and diploma applications (transcripts).
