Sector of Organizing and Conducting Final Control

The Sector of Organizing and Conducting Final Control is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to final assessments. Its duties include:

• Organizing the final control process, including developing schedules.
• Ensuring timely preparation, organization, and coordination of certification measures.
• Providing methodological and technical support to university teaching staff and other stakeholders for conducting student knowledge assessments.
• Organizing winter and summer semesters.
• Developing control charts after completing academic cycles.
• Preparing all necessary acts required for final control.
• Forming and preparing summary reports (statements) based on final test results.
• Monitoring the timely submission of statements after the completion of assessment items.
• Receiving test questions from departments and overseeing the creation of a test question bank (tests, oral and written questions, practical skills), approved by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
